1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and abc1 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the abc1 website, mobile applications, games, betting services, and all related features available at abc1.bar.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern betting and gaming activity on abc1. Specific rules for individual games, sports markets, and special events are published separately and take precedence where they conflict with these general provisions.

• All bets placed on abc1 are final once confirmed. Players should verify their bet selection, stake, and odds before confirming. abc1 is not responsible for incorrectly placed bets.
• abc1 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Players will be refunded the stake for any voided bet.

• Players may set personal deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if abc1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abc1 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond abc1's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures) may temporarily affect platform availability. abc1 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

abc1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Where funds are legitimately owed to the player, they will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including misrepresentation of personal information or eligibility status.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the platform.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual or household, whether or not those accounts have been used to claim multiple bonuses.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
